I have been complaining PAYTM to close Its’ postpaid loan service for my account. In spite of paying on time they charged me a high value of convenience fee when they shout that they had ZERO CONVENIENCE FEE. After realising the fraud I emailed and complained several times for closing POSTPAID SERVICE.They did not hear me.For their ignorance,My CIBIL SCORE is showing a fall.
So , I request for a legal action against PAYTM POSTPAID SERVICE and Its’ loan provider.
