Reference – PAYTM transaction ID – 432797
Date of transaction – 15-Feb-2019
I charged my PayTM account with Rs-500. PAYTM transaction ID – 432797. The transaction is successful and it is charged to my credit card. But the money is not added to my wallet since the PayTM says that the KYC is not done.
Now Rs-500 is taken by PayTM and they are not willing to refund the money. It is not showing in the wallet also and hence I can not use that money.
The customer care people in the PayTM told me that they will not refund the money.
This is open looting by PayTM. Beware of the PayTM… Never pay any money to them.
They are looters. BEWARE OF PAYTM looting
