Hi! My Name is Ali Hussain Shaikh & My Wife & Me holds a Account in PayTM Payment Bank.
Now the Problem is like we both are Jobless from the beginning of this Year so we thought to withdraw our PF for our Home Rent, Groceries etc. Hence, we both has applied to withdraw our PF by submitting our PayTM Payment Bank Statement but Unfortunately EPFO Department is asking to Upload a Cancel Cheque Leaf for the Account Verification. But we checked the PayTM Payment Bank Cheque Book Option we found that the Service has been Stopped as they are Working on Digital Cancelled Cheque Leaf Service.
Now the Problem is that I have been daily checking in the PayTM Payment Bank App in Chat Section for the Service Availability & I was Informed on Chat that the Service will get Live by the END OF SEPTEMBER, 2021.
When Yesterday 30 September, 2021 I contacted the customer care and asked for the escalation the guy has arranged a call back but didn’t received any call also Call Back Ticket git Closed by stating that the Complaint is already Registered.
If Bank is Coming up with some Service then they should atleast give some alternative to the Customer so that there work shouldn’t get stuck like mine which is stucked from past 2 months.
Now I had completely lost hope as I have got so much of debt on me & my last hope is on the PF only. I m unable to find any way except one but I don’t want to.
The only thing I want is Just One Cancelled Cheque Leaf for My Wife’s Account & for My Account.
Please Help Me.
