The behavior and response of the names mentioned in the subject is very Monopolistic and do not care. Since 15th December Rs. 5,500 are stucked in my Paytm account no. 9910333073. After exhausting efforts with the customer care, I visited New Ashok Nagar outlet for my KYC updation where the behavior of these 2 guys was not appropriate.
I visited 30 kms from my home on 20th December, Thursday to get my money back in my account. They asked me to wait for 72 hours after some updation and committed that I will be able to get my cash back from the Laxmi nagar store but they either are not even picking up phone or asking to call back later, they being busy.
I have the recorded communications with Swapan saxena wherein I called at his mobile phone no 9990185857. They refused to share any hierarchy matrix saying that they are the only seniors I can complain.
Hiding the escalation matrix and misguiding the consumer on top of using consumer’s money and earning interest on it has become a routine business behavior of Paytm.
This is an intimation to you before I elaborate the tactics and working style of Paytm on social networking sites. Further, I have the right to take the help of honorary courts of India if I am not getting my money back in my savings account.
