1. I paid 1499₹ on 15dec2018 purchasing 1 laptop under paytm hot deals offer. Order id or transition id is gentrated with respect to purchased laptop. Money deducted from paytm wallet1499₹ . But after that no paytm give any feedback or purchase order can not track. I try to complaint paytm customer care but call not forwarded to custmercucare. Paytm not provide complaint mail. I trust on paytm but it was not give any feed back. It not give any details on that transition or purchased order.
