I have a business account (Cultivo Celebrity Management) on paytm and i have taken a EDC machine from paytm since Dec. 2019, but due to some reasons we did not work to EDC machine after that in Feb. 2020, paytm team called me for non transaction related.
At that time i told them that i want to return the EDC machine they take my request after few days the paytm team again call me to collect EDC Machine. But no one did not come to take machine. it happened 3 to 4 time they called me and did not come.
Now on the day of 30,march 2021 I got an amount of INR. 2300/- on paytm wallet form my client. at that time paytm deduct my amount without any information after that I talked to paytm customer care they told me that your amount has been satellited for EDC machine rental. Paytm never informed me and never did not give me notification about this rental and now they are telling me that you have due INR. 4950/- form 14 months. and they have lapse me security deposit also.
I have requested to Paytm return my amount many-many call to them but they are not providing any information about that
today on 30 april 2021, I called paytm customer care they was saying that they have not any information about my compelled.
please help in for this consern
