Paytm fraudently activate my postpaid account rs 76 and by automatically pop up transaction of rs 300 in petrol refilling done by me I paid it to Paytm postpaid and closed account by Paytm processes I have done but after some time I saw they could not closed my account and penality of rs7662 they charge they are fraudster and hitting my cibil score what can I do plz help me
