I cannot stress enough how unreliable and unprofessional Paytm for business has been in my experience. Their disregard for customer complaints and lack of accountability is concerning and could potentially harm any business that chooses to partner with them.
Their broken promises, such as their failure to pick up the Soundbox or their failure to prevent the outstanding amount from increasing, highlight a severe flaw in their communication system. This lack of transparency and poor customer service is unacceptable, and I would strongly advise against using their services.
Businesses need a reliable and trustworthy payment service provider, and Paytm for business falls short on both counts. It is simply not worth the risk of partnering with a company that exhibits such unprofessional behavior and disregard for their customers.
