I’ve booked flight ticket on 5-3-22 from Mumbai to Jamnagar through paytm booking id is 17454594350 to fly on 12-3-22. I got corona positive on 10-3-22 and i called paytm 24×7 flights helpline no. 01204880880 to cancel my ticket and talked with Mr. Harsh Mishra and he said he sent one mail (care@paytm.com) and I reply with my corona positive report and I sent my corona positive report on 10-3-22 and cancellation request.
Thereafter I called many times but same answer is receiving from paytm 24×7 flights helpline no. 01204880880 that my request is raised and my refund will come as soon as possible. Today is 16th May 2022 even after 67 days passed after cancellation paytm customer care today given same answer. Earlier they given me one ref. no. for my refund complaint i.e. 22066858559.
Please do the needful at the earliest and oblige.
