They had a offer of 99rs pass which states that I can enter all the rs10 contest for every match without paying anything. They mentioned it will be active by three hours but it didn’t and I couldn’t join yesterday which is loss for me because I have paid for pass and couldn’t join . Again night I brought the pass for second time it also didn’t get active still. So I have written to thier 27/4 help but no response from them it’s been 10 hours. So I need help from your side refund my money or do the needful and compensation for yesterday’s match because I couldn’t join having taken the pass
