Hi,

This is Vinit Kumar from Bangalore, On 29th July 2022, I made a FastTag bill payment through the CRED app. The amount debited from the card but not yet credited to the Paytm FastTag wallet.

I send lots of emails to the cred support, on CRED social media(Facebook cred support, Twitter cred support) but they are just doing time pass and not showing intention to refund the amount or credit to the FastTag account.

I shared the Paytm wallet statement, Paytm FastTag statement, and Paytm emails to CRED support through all modes of communications.

I have enough evidence that the amount is not yet credited to the FastTag account.
