My fastag is damage due some issues in August 2018 month .I submitted the complaint in Paytm fastag company for my fast replacement . but the didn’t replace my fastag to till date .I paid ? RS replacement charge. But they are not replacing my fastag . whenever I called castumar care they always asuraed me I forwarded you complaint for priority basis.and resolve your complaint on priority .but they are not replace my fastag from last 3 months my daily travel around 350 km par day .my daily toll tax charge is around 300 RS .why I sand in toll tax quie . because Paytm fastag company is not replacing my fastag .I want plz take some stick action against Paytm fastag company and refund 5% cash back to me from last 3 months thanks
