Happened to me a couple of last week when I was traveling. There was more than Rs.2000 in my Paytm wallet when my Paytm issued fastag stopped working. I was travelling through successive toll gates. didn’t have a problem with the several gates since that morning. the next two successive gates showed my tag to be blacklisted. This was such a hassle as number of vehicles piled up after me. Raised a ticket with customer care and they just responded with their standard canned response that my FasTag is showing active and associated with the wallet. When each successful transaction shows up on my account, why don’t unsuccessful transactions (like blacklisted, failed etc,) not showing up on my transactions? I even checked with the toll booth manager and he said that this is system driven and that they wouldn’t know why a Tag gets blacklisted other than having negative balance. However, in my case, I have Rs.2000/- + on my Wallet. Please help out here.
