I have booked the Fastag on 26 th Nov with the payment of Rs 400 as per direction of GoI through Paytm as they are the partner of NHAI. When I booked the Fastag on 26 th Nov & they were supposed to deliver it 30th Nov 2019. When I didnt received it on 30 th Nov i callec their Helpline on 1 st Dec 2019 from where I was directed to another Department then they directed me to contact their Toll free no. Since then I have tried atleast 40 times be4 i get into touch with Customer care executive. Today is 9 th of Dec & I havent received the Fastag nor any commitments when ot will be delivered. They keep the customer on hold for 30 mins be4 a senior memeber of theirs to heard the issues of customer. As their execitive always gave vague answers. Since 1st of Dec 2019 Everyday I am wasting my 1 hour of my time to chase them. And still they are assuring me they may shipped it on 10 Dec 2019. I sm being harassed & there is no one to addresss my complaint to the conclusion.
