I have placed a order for Fujitsu life book A555 laptopunder order no 3893351797 on 29th september 2017which was delivered to me on 5th october 2017 but it was a non functional product hence return was requested .Paytm has arranged a offline pickup from ecom express under which the order was picked from me and was delivered to seller on 17th October 2017.
I have repeatedly notified this to Paytm mall team with the valid return pickup receipt and tracking details with mails and their app at least 4 to 5 times.I have even called them and notified the same for more than 5 times.
Still they have not provided me return or refund until now
Instead they are now again requesting to iron the product and keep ready for pickup.
So much stupidity is not observed in any case, please request a proper resolution.
