This is in regard to the Order ID- 7562923855 which is for the refund of the cancellation of Air Tickets booked via PayTM for Indigo airlines.
I have received confirmation from indigo that they have refunded full amount for my cancellation since it was medical emergency. However, Paytm is not refunding my amount despite written to them several times.
Please help in getting my hard earned money refunded.
