I booked train tickets on 23 Apr 2018 through PayTM using UPI of my PNB account. But the transaction failed in between, though the amount 5485 was debited. And inspite complaining to both PayTM & PNB so many times I have not got the refund till date which is two months from now. Refer screenshot for this.
The second case was train ticket cancellation which I did on 19 May but refund is still due. I used PayTm & PNB UPI for booking the tickets. The message sent by PayTm for this is as under –
Train ticket has been cancelled for below traveller(s) and refund of Rs. 5415.00 initiated.
