Kajal Verma and the Paytm Business Team
I am writing this letter as a final legal notice regarding the extremely unprofessional conduct I have experienced while attempting to upgrade my Paytm business account to an unlimited status. Despite numerous attempts and the submission of all required documents over the past 10 months, my account remains limited to a certain monthly threshold. Additionally, my requests for instant settlement have gone unanswered.
I find it deeply disappointing that Paytm, a company of your stature, has failed to respond to multiple emails and has not taken the necessary steps to upgrade my account as requested. Such a level of service is far below what one would reasonably expect.
I would like to bring to your attention that, due to this persistent issue, I have been compelled to file a case with the consumer court. I am fully prepared to escalate this matter to the highest authorities if my account is not upgraded to unlimited status and if instant settlement is not enabled for my Merchant ID: RAJCLO98562511600285.
This letter serves as my final notice, and I implore you to take immediate action to rectify this situation. I expect a response and a resolution to this matter within [state a reasonable timeframe, e.g., 14 days] from the date of this letter.
Failure to comply will leave me with no choice but to pursue legal action vigorously to protect my rights and interests. I sincerely hope it does not come to that.
