I have made a purchase on 20th June Order ID 5413397480.Paytmmall has given me 3 nos of Rs.1000 unique promo code with expirtion upto Dec 17 2018.I have used 1 promo code and when trying to use the remaining promo code,it say “Sorry promo code can’t be applied due to promotion abuse”.When contact them through mail they are not giving proper reason simply mails me you account has been violated.When contacted them on 1st Dec the customer care executive told that my account gets reactivated and i can start make the purchase using promo code.But still no changes.On 3rd Dec i contacted them once again .They told i need to make one purchase without promo code and after that i can start place order with promo codes.But still no solution.Really they are cheating the customers.
