I had a postpaid account in paytm in which lending partner is Arthimpact digital loans pvt Ltd. I Have cleared all my dues on time and without any delay. Even though in my cibil report I can see that they given my loan status as active with active balance of 7400.
I have only one loan account but it is showing two accounts and I already wrote to the Arthimpact digital but no response.
