I booked two ticket on 24th march for Varanasi to Delhi from paytm and the Bus operator was Garib rath travels. Cost of one ticket was 3150 which costed me a total of 6300. Just before 1 hour of bus schedule bus operator called me and said that the bus got break down and asked me to call paytm for a refund of ticket. I raised a ticket in paytm then and there and paytm assured me that we will talk to operator and will give you full refund. But now bus operator is denying to refund and so the paytm is also denying to refund my money.
