Kindly refer my mail dt.16/05/2022 in which I have already informed that I have made payment on 25/02/2022 (04:06:28) for Rs.25540.46 from my Paytm Account No.9331032643 vide Payment ID:220225931410434607 against LIC Policy No.494691774 through Debit Card .
But till date neither I have received any response from your end nor the receipt of payment as stated above or the payment has been refunded in my Bank account.
Kindly provide me either LIC Premium Paid Receipt or refund my money with interest at the earliest & oblige.
Please note that in the event of non compliance of my aforesaid grievance within 7 days from the date of this mail your authority will compel me to take help from the competent redressal forum.
