I have filed dispute last year because of no service received from merchant . Money was refunded now after so long paytm has blocked my acvount and i have money in it which i can not use they are asking me to file a police report but police has denied to file a report as charges are from 2022 . Paytm never asked to file report at that time and now they are just making afool out of me . Please help i have tried contscting them with call not availble with twitter but its just automatic replay
