Text of Complaint by Vishal Verma:

Few months ago i used 11000 of Paytm postpaid money because I had approx 60000 limit . When the payment day came closer my Paytm was logged out . So I tried to contact the Paytm postpaid but they told me they had no number or any executive for postpaid .so I wrote a mail to Paytm postpaid and Paytm that I am unable to pay the Paytm postpaid bill because my account is deleted . When I try to login , there is no pending bill , it is showing I am not even eligible for Paytm postpaid and I was loggin in through same number . I am not that dumb. . So even after multiple mails and calls I got no response . As soon as the payment date passed , I got bill with late fee added and call soon after asking me to pay . I explained the whole situation to the executive and he told me he will get my late fee waived off then he send me an updated request of the bill and a link to pay since I was still unable to login my same Paytm account . I payed the bill 11020 instantly and 800 was waived off they told me . But now from last few months they are harassing me over the waived off late fee they keep charging more and more and made it almost 2800 today and threating me that they will reach my house . And if I want to stop that I need to pay the bill and they are not ready to listen anything ..as soon as I start explaining they cut the call . I have all the mail’s i have sent to them.please help me on this
