During the recharge of Jio Fibre , wrongly I had recharged my old one no. The no. which was already disconnected,
When I requested to jiofibrecare@jio.com, please trf. the payment which I MADE in old no. to new no. they have denied to transfer and refund back.
How can , if anyone wrongly transferred and giving all proof.

You are requested to kindly lodge a complaint and need to take actions against this.
So, justice can be given., As no one has right to without giving services, money got in vain and co. will enjoy with consumer money.
