Subject: Regarding cheating and fraud committed by Suyog Nilkanth Bhujbal, proprietor of Matoshree Enterprises, by falsely presenting himself as a Shiv Sena worker, misusing photos of Balasaheb Thackeray, and showing fake awards and certificates on JustDial.
Incident Details:
I trusted Suyog Nilkanth Bhujbal for the settlement of my credit cards and loans.
On 29/07/2024, based on the directions given by Suyog Nilkanth Bhujbal, I transferred
₹14,00,000 (Fourteen Lakhs) into the following bank account:
ICICI BANK – A/C No. 337801503309
However, till today—
neither has my credit card been settled,
nor has my loan been settled,
nor have I received my money back.
Suyog Nilkanth Bhujbal has disappeared after taking my money and I am suffering continuous mental and financial distress.
Information gathered at the police station:
Sir, after speaking to various people about Suyog Nilkanth Bhujbal, I came to know that—
Suyog Nilkanth Bhujbal has been deceiving people in the same manner for the last 7–8 years.
Suyog Nilkanth Bhujbal constantly avoids and escapes people.
This matter concerns the hard-earned savings and life savings of ordinary people, due to which my own situation has become extremely difficult.
