I paid rs. 38 for 2 days on 22nd late evening for tatasky id-1026224855 installed in Lonavala. I follow this practice as my visits to Lonavala are irregular and recharge is done to activate my connection for duration of stay there. the connection was stopped before 10 am on 24th when I switched on the tv for lack of funds. I would have expected this disconnection should follow 48 hours from the time of recharge ie. by 24th late evening. I learnt TataSky day for recharge is NOT hour to hour but ends at 12 mid nite! hello, this is unbecoming of fair play by TATA group. because I Had to Watch a Program at 10 am on ET NOW, my wife paid rs. 45 -minimum asked by PayTM to restore connection. don’t you think this matter needs a relook from TATA’s?
