I have applied for loan once and made the payment on time but they have again processed the loan. Again I have made the payment on time but now it is showing overdue.

It happened with me too, when you play the loan there is a toggle below which says preparing for the pre application, which you have to turn off.
Also delete your profile after clearing loans
