It is very hardening to write this mail. After so many followups with the customer care to correct the transactions
For the month of November we had paid the bill for airtel through 2 step payment in your site for Rs.530/-
I had shared the transaction details so many times and also shared the bank statement to the customer care
Still no response, we are surprised to get this mail today. Airtel is become harassment to us rather being delight
