Sir,

Due to many offer of diwali. I have done a payment to a wrong website named- firstkrat in place of flipkart because of same offer,same deals etc for mobile phone ( redmi note 9 pro) of price ₹1699. sir  my paytm account transaction history are show the payment receipt & I am not getting any phone so plz sir help me in my case fastly
