I recently applied for a Jio Fiber internet connection, the representative showed up after 5 mins of my initial request and did all the payment stuff and whatnot, but when It came to delivering on the services they didn’t come through.
The representative isn’t picking up the calls nor reverting back on Whatsapp. and there’s no way I can talk to a customer care representative.
