I am a plus customer of flipkart whom they promise quick delivery and priority customer care service, when i am harassed so much i cant imagine situation of many normal customer here complaining about their issues.
I ordered grocery items on 11th May delivery commitment for 14th May,revised delivery commitment of 18th May. Till date products are not dispatched,customer care is worthless. Trying to cancel order since 15th May,everytime I cancel order,it again shows as open and ready for dispatch again.
People please think before you buy from flipkart and never make pre payment your order on flipkart,always consider cash on delivery.
If the problem comes they only give 48 hours resolution excuse,but no resolution.
Time to say bye bye to flipkart and to start buying from Amazon
