Text of Complaint by Akash Sathianarayanan:

On 8th June 2024 a product was ordered from Nilkamal website for a total cost of Rs 13200.
Payment was made via Snapmint which provided no-cost EMI for 3 months after making the initial down-payment of Rs 3300. The down-payment on the purchase was done on the same day of purchase.
On the next day (June 9) I decided to make my 1st EMI payment in advance in their snapmint mobile application.
Amount was sent from mu ICICI current account which was sent successfully and also confirmed from my bank.
“Your transaction of Rs. 3,300.00 from ICICI Bank was successfully credited to the beneficiary SNAPMINT FINANCIAL SERVICES PR account XXXXXX7575 on June 9, 2024 23:33:18 hrs with RRN 416115801080”.
The account details of Snapmint Financial Services Private Limited (as received from my bank):

Now Snapmint is denying receiving any payment!
Their customer support team is so incompetent that they don’t even know their app is linked through airtel payment bank!
I request you to assist me in this problem.
