I have made payment to Jio fibre on 7.53 am on date 28 may 2022 through Paytm upi. I didn’t received any service by Jio fibre, then I call Jio fibre helpline number 4 time, 2 assistant said that I have made payment and service will start within an hour but two declined. Then I contact Paytm , they told me that payment has been received by reliance jio, it was not in pending state, It was successful from both the end. They give me the upi reference number also. But Reliance totally blammed me for not making payment.
