I ordered a soap fron ghar soap worth 299( buy 1 get 1) on 1 jan 2025. The payment got successful immediately but later when i opened the website to track the order, it shows to put the order id but the thing is when i ordered that, they didn’t gave me the order id. And now i was not getting any kind of update from them even they didn’t even reply the mails i have sent to them.

I had the same experience with Ghar Soap. I ordered two soaps from Ghar Soap on February 11, 2025. The payment was successful immediately, but later, when I tried to track my order on their website, it showed “Order ID not found.” Since then, I have tried to contact them in many ways. They assured me that I would receive my order within 7-8 working days, but even now, when I try to track my order, it still says “Order ID not found,” and I haven’t received any updates regarding my order. I also sent multiple emails to their support team, but there has been no response. It’s really frustrating to not receive any updates or customer support after making a purchase.
