Text of Complaint by Akansha Chaudhary:

my name is Akansha Chaudhary, i had done a payment of Rs.500 for the Iari Assistant post through Paytm Payment Bank to SBIMOPS dated on 21th june 2022 at 03:16 pm. Amount is debited from my account it had displayed that payment status had failed. I contacted to Iari helpline about this issue. They said that wait for 48 hours then your payment status will be suscess or your amount will be get refund. And i also contact the Paytm Payment Bank they said that from there side there se no issues payment is successful. But till now i didn’t get my refund. So, kindly go through my issue and resolve it as soon as possible.
