I have opened a Fixed Deposit in Shriram Transport Finance Co. Ltd. (STFCL) on 1st April 2019 through online and made payment of Rs.5000/- through paytm. After making payment I got a SMS at 18.52 hrs. on 1st April 2019 from AD-IPAYTM stating that “You just made a successful payment of Rs.5000.00 at Shriram Transport Finance Co. Ltd. For future reference your order Id is 201904017198. Thanks, Paytm team.” According to STFCL they have not received the said amount till date and hence unable to issue the Fixed Deposit Receipt in my name. Kindly look into the matter and let me know the status of the said amount paid through paytm.
