I have ordered ponds cream of 300rupee by choosing an option cash on delivery then I pay online but the payment was showing processing and otp was not generated..after the delivery boy asked me pay again…I called at Flipkart help center then they said..my one amount will be refunded again…so I paid on cash on delivery also..but they have not returned my amount that I paid twice.. please take strict action against them I request
