Dear Customer,

This is bringing to your kind Notice, I had Purchased A product through Flipkart on 24.09.2022. with an ICICI Credit card an amount of Rs 28,331/-. After 12 days my product did deliver by Flipkart and they cancelled the product and refund amount i.e. 28,331/-
but every month EMI is reflecting in Statement and I Reached to ICIC Customer care, it was converted as EMI

HERE my point is Product was cancelled by Flipkar and refunded the total amount. Why EMI reflecting

for unused transaction why should I pay every Month EMI

Why Should I pay the pre closure charges for Closing the EMI

It is purely a Bank mistake of Reflecting EMI every Month after Refunded An Amount of 28,331 by Flipkart. I am Requesting to Close my Balance EMI without Pre closure Charger.Since it is purely technical issue

Please do the needful. I am hoping for the best.
