Sir maine 5 February 2022 ko apna mobile postpaid bill jio ko jma kiya tha but jio balo ne mera payment bina kuch btaye mera payment credit limit me add kr diya but maine bo payment only apne advance bill ke liye pay kiya tha.maine is bare me kahi bar jio balo ko complaint ki magar bo mna kar rhe hai ki sir add nhi hoga apke bill me aur na hi mera payment refund kr rhe hai.sir please meri help kre.
