Payment of Rs.5015 has been debited from my account on 18th of OCT 2021. Payment got failed but the amount debited. Awaited for 7days to get my refund but till now amount not reversed. On contacting Myntra Finance Team, they said amount not received from their end, so contacted bank and informed the issue, from the bank side they are requesting email confirmation from Myntra with Order Number, Order Date and Order amount.
Myntra is not sending the email confirmation ( email to email) confirmation .It has been nearly a month
Though continues call to Myntra CS I am not getting a proper response. Payment of Rs.5015 debited and struggling to get my money back
Need to look in to the the issues on priority / severity basis and send email to email confirmation of not receipt of payment or payback the debited amount of Rs.5015
