Text of Complaint by Suresh kumar:

Dear airtel team, i am totally fed up with ur customer service and writing this to you for any solution. I made an advance payment of 2828₹ on 23 April 21 for broadband connection which was activated on 24 april. Then i requested for shifting of connection which was out of city and it was again activated on 16 June 21. And my amount of ₹1193 was left with airtel. Now the problem starts. I got a msg on 10 July stating my bill is due of ₹490. After that i had so many calls to ur customer care and all made me assure to resolve my problem within 24hrs with adjustment of previous balance with the new bill, you need not to pay the bill. But till now no body revert back to me and even my internet service has been stopped now. Again the next bill of 600₹ has been issued even when the connection is deactivated till now. Can u explain this to me or airtel is so downgraded w.r.t. other brands that u are happy only with my ₹1193
