Dear Citibank Team
I am Gotam bhaker and I trying to recharge my
Phone sim card using paytm and transaction is processed by your payment gateway and my money is deducted but my recharge don’t happen.
So please check my amount and refund my money

Mera nam harikesh Yadav hai mere phone par sms aaya tha my jio app se recharge kare 239 ka 60% discount ke sath . Maine recharge karane ke kiye link par Click kiya or wah site ji@ city bank par chala gya .maine . Maine recharge done kar diya paisa kat gya . recharge nahi huaa or paisa jio @ city bank me chala gya .jo ki abhi bhi mere paytm history me show kar raha hai. To jio @ city bank se request hai mera paisa return kar diya jay …. thanking u
