Hi Team,
I applied for Airtel broadband connection on 9th April, 2020 with the help of contac person Moula in Bangalore. He said connection will be given in 3-4 working days after my payment. So I choose plan of Rs. 3536 and painld through online through airtel link send by that person.
On Tuesday I received message from Airtel saying that broadband connection request cannot be processed. I check with that contact person he also said same thing that he didn’t login yet to process my request.
So I’m requesting that when I’m going to receive back my payment which I made. I heard that person told 3 days, and I contacted airtel customer care they told 7 days.
So kindly please confirm and revert back my payment ASAP.
