Hello sir, I made a payment to Zomato, the tab was connected to Zomato delivery, we paid the customer’s money online to Zomato, where I was making the payment, but due to the bank server, it failed, so I immediately made another payment. Thinking that the money will be refunded but it has not happened, I called Zomato and they said that I have received only one payment from you, I contacted the bank and said that it will be done within 48 hours, 19 September. It is 2022 and today is 6th December 2023, they have not been refunded and no response has been received today from the bank and from Zomato.
