Dear Sir/Madam,
On 31st July ,2019 i have booked online SmoothFinish™ 5-in-1 Portable Handheld Steam Iron and made a online payment of Rs.2,998/- from my Paytm account with UTR No.CMS1194316350 on 01/08/2019 and now today (05/08/2019) your executive has come delivered the product and collected cash from me .
I request you to please refund my amount of Rs.2,998/- to my paytm account immediately
