Honourable Consumer Complaints Courts

Pradeep Bhatia VS Bharti Airtel Limited

This is with reference to my Airtel broadband bill for ₹ 588.82 for the period of 26-May-2021 to 25-June-2021 which I had paid online through https://www.airtel.in and shared the not only the transaction id but also the screenshot for the same.

Inspite of the above Airtel is sending me bill for the same saying they have not received the payment. Upon this, I wrote a mail to the customer care sharing all details, the transaction Id & also the screenshot of the payment made to Airtel.

Initially as mentioned they denied but later they accepted that they have received the payment but NOT able to credit the payment against my bill due to their own intra departmental issues / coordination.

I have written many emails / reminders to Airtel about this act of initial denial of having received payment & later unable to credit to my account (even after having confirmed by them) due to their internal problem/ lack of coordination, is causing me mental torture, physical torture, agony, harassment, health issues & depression to me.

I have attached the entire trail mail / communication which occurred between me & Bharti Airtel Limited at various occasions over a period of time.

I request you to help me resolve the issue & provide me with the compensation for all the harassment / health issues caused to me due to their incompetency.
