R/Sir,
it is submitted that i am a Plus Customer of Flipkart from last 2-3 years, I keep shopping numerously from flipkart, today i am filing my complaint against both Flipkart and seller concerned as Recently i have been Harassed by Flipkart and the Seller Omnitech.
1. The incident started from date 3rd june 2022,when i ordered a Panasonic window AC(1.5 TON) with order ID OD125108655050051000, the seller and flipkart confirmed the ordered and deducted the payment from HDFC CREDIT CARD provided by me. The item i ordered was to be delivered within in two days i.e. on 5th june 2022… but Flipkart didn’t handled my order in a professional manner, and kept me waiting for 5 days, on 8th june 2022 the seller himself cancelled the order without mentioning any reason.The money was refunded by them after cancellation of this order.But,i raised the issue with Flipkart team regarding this unprofessional behaviour. Then Flipkart team assured me that this will not happen in future, and asked me to order the same product within 10 days after it come in stock and in lieu of this they promised me to issue a gift voucher worth 2000 Rs , as product price also was being increased.
after that i keep waiting for the same product to be in stock..
2. On, 11th june 2022, the product came on stock again, and i ordered the same Panasonic window AC(1.5 TON) with order ID OD125177323065751000, the seller and flipkart confirmed the ordered and deducted the payment from AXIS BANK CREDIT CARD provided by me. The item i ordered was again to be delivered within in two days i.e. on 11th june 2022… but Flipkart again didn’t handled my order in professional manner.when, my order didn’t shipped in time, i immediately informed Flipkart before 13th june, as i was afraid that again same thing may happen.
But, even after my request Flipkart team didn’t take any action and my product didn’t get delivered to me on 13th June 2022, from 11th june 2022 to today 20th june 2022 i am daily contacting Flipkart, But nothing is going to happen regarding my order, No person from flipkart tried to contact me and inform that why all this is happening. my issue was to be resolved on 17th june 2022, that was postponed for 18th then 19th then 20th june and now has been postponed for 21st june 2022. flipkart has failed to resolve my issue in 10 days. and showed a very unprofessional behaviour.
3. In this scorching summer i have been keep waiting for my AC from 3rd June 2022 to today 20th june 2022, but nothing has been done by Flipkart. and i don’t know whether the product will be delivered or not, as no information has been provided by Flipkart regarding my product delivery. Even the product never went out of stock in last 10 days this time.I HAVE NOT CANCELLED THE ORDER TILL TODAY I.E. 20TH JUNE 2022
4. As i have been keep waiting by Flipkart intentionally from 3rd june to 20th june 2022 and on. By their such behaviour me and my family has gone through mental and physical harassment.
5. with heavy heart i will have to CANCEL MY ORDER FROM FLIPKART as i have list my trust on FLIPKART, BUT, in this way i will have a loss of 2750 Rs, as 750 rs discount was provided in lieu of 150 supercoins, that i had earned after spending my hard earned money for purchasing things from flipkart, and secondly i will loss rs 2000 gift voucher that was to be provided by FLIPKART after delivery of my order..
5. I request to compensate me with atleast 1 lakh rs by Flipkart for the mental and physical harassment , that has been intentionally given by Flipkart.
along with rs 2750 that i will loss after i have been compelled to cancel this order .
i hope you will early take strict action against the concerned company/person in this case and help me in getting the compensation for which i am truly eligible.
