On Shopsstop,.com.myshopify.com we purchase qty.1 5 ltr hot water kettle (Silver Black) on 3rd November 2021, we paid online payment Rs.199. Via UPI payment option with Order No. #1010, also we got message from their side that they will notify us for shipping it. On the date 11th November 2021, we received a message that your order from Shopsstop,.com has been shipped. But we didn’t get it. We complained on their given email address dharmikmunjani200@gmail.com about my order but they do not answered. Today 20 days completed for my order & we complained 3 time on their email id. In last email we wrote about legal action but they didn’t reply. So we request you sir please take action against them block their website and try to give our money back from them.
