A payment of Rs2579 was paid to travolook travel agency for booking my air ticket from jammu to Delhi for 28th June. The payment was made through mobikwik wallet .the travolook confirmed via mail regarding the successful payment.
But till now I have not received any ticket so far.called number of times and sent mails but no response.
